All Mokka Bears are made from GOTS-certified organic materials and tested to Australian toy safety standards (AS/NZS 8124). We recommend supervised use for children under 12 months.
Gentle machine wash at 30°C in a laundry bag, or hand wash. Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry. For weighted bears, hand wash only.
Standard bears are filled with 100% recycled PET fibre (from plastic bottles). Weighted bears contain natural glass pellets. Lavender bears contain a blend of recycled fill and dried lavender.

We offer name embroidery on selected bears. Choose the embroidery option on the product page and enter the name (up to 12 characters). Allow 2 extra business days.
Yes — we ship to 40+ countries. International orders typically arrive in 7–14 business days. Customs fees, if any, are the buyer's responsibility.

Yes. All dyes are plant-based and OEKO-TEX 100 certified — meaning they've been tested and verified as safe even if the bear is chewed or sucked.
