A little care goes a long way. Follow these simple steps to keep your Mokka Bear fresh and cuddly for years to come.
Machine wash at 30°C in a pillowcase or laundry bag. Use gentle, fragrance-free detergent. For weighted and lavender bears: hand wash only.
Lay flat to air dry. Keep out of direct sunlight to preserve colours. Never tumble dry — heat damages the organic fibres.
Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid damp environments. If storing long-term, place in a breathable cotton bag — never plastic.
Small seam splits can be hand-stitched with a needle and matching thread. We also offer a free repair service — email us with a photo.
For lavender bears: to refresh the scent, place in a sealed bag with a few drops of lavender essential oil for 24 hours.
For small marks, use a damp cloth and a tiny amount of mild soap. Dab gently — don't rub. Allow to air dry completely.
